Kaitou had heard the call and while he wasn't altrustic in his motives, genuine curiosity had brought him out to this. So, he was traveling first to Kendrix's World and then over to the World Without Riders. He briefly entertained the idea of stealing from the Goseigers but considering how his last heist went poorly, well...

"Hey, Kendrix."

"I'm still new to the whole Ranger thing," she confessed. "It was still my first month on the job."

"I've only been a Precure for a couple of months myself and..." Tsubomi began to say before being interrupted.

"...wasn't there a reason why you two wanted to talk-desu?" Came Chypre's voice, still hanging around Coupe.

"Oh! Th-that's right!"

And it was back to less than pleasant topics.

"The Magna Defender," she said. "I really don't know what we're supposed to do about him."

"There has to be something... maybe confronting him when there aren't any others around?" she said. This was WAY out of her league.

"I don't know how well that will work. He just appears, looking for something specific."

"...do you know what it is or has he not told you?" Tsubomi asked. It's a shame she's probably part of the only Precure team who ISN'T actively hunting for something.

"What about those Lights of Orion?" inquired Kaitou, having gone quiet through most of the conversation since it was flying over him and around. He had gotten a tea set from somewhere and was pouring some herbal tea.

"That's it," she admitted. "The Lights are an energy source of some kind. I guess he had them three-thousand years ago and released them so Scorpius couldn't take them. Now, he wants them back, and Scorpius wants them too. I don't know exactly what they do, but it's enough power to make either one of them almost unstoppable. They've got more power than our Quasar Sabers, which are already legendary weapons from the galaxy they came from."

"...make someone unstoppable..." Tsubomi mused. If she and Erika had that, the Dark Precure would...

She quickly shook her head, getting rid of that train of thought. They would be too much and her grandma wouldn't like that.

...of course, grandma might know of something that could help her a little on down the road, but that's for later.

"...but I don't think any of us know where those are right now."

"We haven't had any luck in finding them," Kendrix admitted. "Scorpius has been attacking different areas in Terra Venture to try to find them, which is where we come in. And then Magna Defender appears to attack too."

"A powerful treasure like that, and you have to wonder just where it's being kept." remarked Kaitou, sipping his tea. "How interesting. If one or the other gets his hands on them, I'll just have to take it from them."

"...but, what would you do with it? Wouldn't it be more helpful with her?" Tsubomi asked, pointing to Kendrix.

"Trust me, I'd prefer them in his hands over Scorpius or the Magna Defender any day," Kendrix insisted. "It would help if they ended up with us, but I'm more concerned keeping them away from the bad guys."
