Why? Even throwing morality out of the way, that's a bad idea.

For one, it was supposed to be quick. And just keep running. But one of them has super speed.

Maybe I can't speak for every world's Rangers, but in our world, almost all evil was wiped out from the galaxy. From what I understand from Alpha, the only reason Scorpius is around to be a threat is because he must have been very well protected, and because he doesn't have much of an army.

That's the kind of odds you're against.

Huh. All evil huh? If only that was easy in the Rider Multiverse. Our enemies keep coming back.

Alpha says the worst villains in the universe joined together in some kind of united alliance of evil. I guess now Scorpius and whoever else might be out there are trying to fill the vacuum.

That seems about right. Whenever someone new appears it's usually after the defeat of someone dangerous.
